Dear Member,

Pursuant to the Society Act, the Annual General Meeting of the Netherlands Association “Je Maintiendrai” will be held on Saturday October 21, 2017 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Meeting Room, 1099 Sitka Square, Vancouver.

The AGM is the opportunity to elect directors, meet other members and bring forward ideas to make the organization more vibrant en gezellig. What would you like to see in this upcoming year? Doors open at 10:30 am and refreshments (Dutch goodies of course) will be served.

We would appreciate it if you could let us know if you plan on coming, so we can make sure there is enough coffee and Dutch goodies.
